A designer at heart, Robbie brings smart creative and organization in applying purpose for profit and good. He has delivered as a CEO, investor, and mentor, reaching into the food system, e-commerce, finance, community-disaster recovery, media and more. He co-founded numerous impact businesses including the international, fast-casual franchise Naked Pizza (sold to Mark Cuban and a Fast Company “Most Innovative Companies in the World.”); Freedom Pizza (fast-casual, sustainably sourced pizza; Middle East); Good Spread (North America), an organic food brand that activates on the global malnutrition crisis; The Idea Village, the renown social-entrepreneurship accelerator in post-Katrina New Orleans; brand-studio Trumpet (also Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies in the World.”), Porchjam Spirits; UnCanny Wellness (hemp innovation); and the natural products digital conference NatchCom. Jim Moscou brings positive innovation and solutions to all he does, leading at the highest levels in three professions over three decades — journalism, advertising, and the natural products industry. A strategic and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jim has helped some of the world’s most esteemed brands unlock and articulate purpose with an eye to community, authenticity, loyalty and profitability. His achievements were noted when he was chosen by DETAILS Magazine as a “Maker of the Year”, along side the likes of Pharrell Williams, Nike, and Cadillac, calling him “a maverick thinker who shrugs off the status quo and battles the headwinds of convention to bring creations to life.” Jim served in senior roles at award-winning creative agencies (Crispin, Porter + Bogusky; TDA_Boulder); was a Fellow at the University of Oxford; an investor in numerous social-impact businesses; and a nationally-recognized, award-winning journalist.
